How to process cassava starch by the modern cassava starch processing equipments?
Cassava starch is one of the major commercial starches in the global market which is extracted from fresh cassava. The separation of the starch granules from the tuber in as pure a form as possible is essential in the manufacture of cassava starch. The technology of starch production has been greatly improved. Main process:
1.The harvest cassava can’t be stored for a long time, so the cassava raw material should be processed by cassava starch machines as soon as possible in cassava starch processing equipment. 11.Peeler centrifuge: It is used for dehydration of starch slurry. The starch slurry enters the centrifuge and falls into the bottom. The starch slurry in the sieve basket is discharged by centrifugal force into the discharge port at the lower part of the casing in cassava starch processing machine. The water in the slurry flows to the drain port under the action of centrifugal force.
12.Flash dryer: This machine can dry starch instantly in the gas flowing process by using high-speed flowing hot air to suspend wet starch in it.
13.Packing machine: This machine can package automatically which is labor-saving and have a high efficiency in cassava starch processing machine.
